Dr. Jagdish Rai is a highly respected and senior Pathologist with decades of experience in government service, academics, and advanced diagnostic pathology. He completed his MBBS in 1979 from Punjab University and later earned his MD in Pathology in 2021 from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, reflecting his continuous commitment to academic excellence and updated medical knowledge.

Dr. Jagdish Rai served in the Punjab Civil Medical Services (PCMS) from 1981 to 1984 under the Punjab Government, followed by a long and distinguished tenure in the Haryana Civil Medical Services from 1984 to 2006 under the Haryana Government. During his government service, he contributed extensively to public healthcare with dedication, integrity, and clinical expertise.

Since 2006, he has been serving as Professor of Pathology at JCD Dental College, Sirsa, where he plays a key role in medical education, training undergraduate and postgraduate students, and guiding future pathologists with his vast experience and academic insight.

In addition to academics, Dr. Jagdish Rai has strong hands-on experience in diagnostic pathology. He worked as a Pathologist at Global Imaging & Path Lab from 2013 to 2018 and has been associated as a Pathologist with Dr. Soni Path Lab since 2018, where he is actively involved in advanced diagnostic work, including Bone Marrow Examination.

His core areas of expertise include Clinical Pathology, Cytopathology (FNAC & Exfoliative Cytology), Hematopathology, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Surgical Pathology (Biopsy Reporting), and Quality Control & Laboratory Management.
